An innovative wind scheme that will produce clean, green electricity and bring a range of opportunities to the local community.
We have recently begun engagement with the local community as we look to shape our proposals for Upper Lliw Energy, ensuring the project is shaped by, and of benefit, to those who live near the scheme.
All feedback gathered throughout the consultation process will be used to shape our application.
An initial site layout is shown below and included in our project brochure.
Questions or feedback can be submitted via the Contact Us section of this website.
Central to all of the projects we undertake is a commitment to ensuring we provide benefit to the communities in which we operate.
This includes supporting local clubs, groups and associations that support community well-being, and where possible utilising local products and services.

We believe helping future generations understand the need for changes in the way we live is essential.
As part of our commitment to help understand this need, we will be offering all Year 6 pupils from schools within 10km of Upper Lliw Energy a free educational visit to our Parc Stormy HQ in Bridgend, as well as covering any transport costs.

We understand the natural environment and every site we work on is carefully assessed, before any work starts, and an environmental stewardship plan is built.
Nature works at its own pace and there are no quick wins, which is why our projects allow this important stewardship to go on for the lifetime of each scheme.
This project is being developed by CENIN, a Bridgend-based, family-owned business, specialising in the development of integrated energy systems.
Through our innovative approach to building integrated renewable energy systems, we unlock greater potential to provide more value to local communities, increase wellbeing and ultimately leave Wales a better place for our future generations.
